About the Role
Step into a pivotal role within Swiss Re's Digital Workplace team, where you'll be at the forefront of AI-powered workplace transformation. As a Digital Workplace Change Manager, you'll sit at the intersection of technology and people, helping to drive change through clear communication, effective training, and strong stakeholder engagement. Whether we're supporting the rollout of new tools or embedding new ways of working, we create clarity, build capability, and enable teams to adapt with confidence.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the planning, coordination, and delivery of change management activities across strategic business and technology initiatives
- Help shape and execute communication strategies, including stakeholder messaging, campaign planning, and content creation across multiple channels
- Build strong working relationships with stakeholders across functions, helping to drive engagement, adoption, and alignment
- Assist in the design and development of training materials, user guides, toolkits, and learning resources tailored to different audiences
- Facilitate and deliver training sessions, workshops, and awareness activities focused primarily on workplace AI technologies, including Copilot for Microsoft 365 and ChatGPT Enterprise
- Support adoption and enablement activities by gathering feedback, analysing engagement metrics, and identifying opportunities to improve user experience and effectiveness
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of change and communication approaches, bringing fresh ideas and a user-centric mindset
- Learn and apply established change management methodologies, communications best practices, and behavioural change principles within a global, matrixed environment
- Stay informed on emerging workplace technology and AI trends to help shape engaging and relevant adoption experiences

We’re looking for someone with strong communication and facilitation capabilities, combined with hands-on experience supporting change, learning, communications, or digital adoption initiatives in a professional environment. The ideal candidate will bring:
- Proven experience in change management, communications, learning and development, digital adoption, or a related discipline
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a high level of proficiency in English
- Demonstrated experience developing communication materials, training content, presentations, and user-facing guidance for business audiences
- Experience facilitating training sessions, workshops, webinars, or engagement activities, both virtually and in person
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams, functions, and levels of seniority
- Good understanding of organisational change and how to support adoption of new technologies, tools, and ways of working
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- A proactive and adaptable mindset, with the confidence to take ownership and contribute across a variety of activities
These are additional nice to haves:
- Experience working in a global enterprise environment, preferably within the insurance or financial services sector
- Experience with Microsoft 365 tools and digital collaboration platforms; familiarity with workplace AI technologies such as Microsoft 365 Copilot and ChatGPT Enterprise would be beneficial
- Experience supporting workplace technology or digital transformation initiatives
- Experience working in agile SCRUM methodology
Our company has a hybrid work model where the expectation is that you will be in the office at least three days per week.
For Spain, the base salary range for this position is between EUR 42,000 and EUR 70,000 (for a full-time role). The specific salary offered considers:
- the requirements, scope, complexity and responsibilities of the role,
- the applicant's own profile including education/qualifications, expertise, specialisation, skills and experience.
In addition to your base salary, Swiss Re offers an attractive performance-based variable compensation component, designed to recognise your achievements. Further you will enjoy a variety of global and location specific benefits.
