The Joint Commission Center for Transforming Healthcare aims to transform healthcare into a high reliability industry by developing proven, effective, data-driven solutions to healthcare’s most complex problems. Recently released solutions include the Preventing Falls Targeted Solutions Tool® (TST®) and Oro™ 2.0 High Reliability Organizational Assessment and Resource Library.
