Swiss Re Corporate Solutions won the first ever Global Grain Award 2017 for "Best Risk Solutions Provider" at this year's Global Grain conference in Geneva, the world’s largest gathering of grain and oilseed industry professionals.
The distinction recognizes the broad portfolio of risk solutions we have on offer for different players in the agribusiness value chain, including farmers and grain producers, storage and crushing operators, shipping companies and investors. Our industry-specific and comprehensive offering includes political risks, credit & surety, marine cargo & hull, food & agriculture as well as innovative risk solutions.
What convinced the award jury most were not just Swiss Re Corporate Solutions' product innovations, notably our tailor-made crop shortfall covers, but also the outstanding service quality endorsed again and again by our clients in their testimonials to the jury.
Loredana Mazzoleni Neglen, Head of Sales EMEA, explains the secret of our success: "At Swiss Re Corporate Solutions, we put the clients at the centre of everything we do. This is how we have developed a strong industry-based solution across the entire value chain, along with best in class services such as our claims commitment."
Swiss Re Corporate Solutions values the collaborative approach that defines its client relationships. "Ultimately, it is about working together with our clients, listening carefully to their needs and identifying the best solutions for them," says Ms. Mazzoleni Neglen. "This award is testimony to the trust our clients have in us, and we are very grateful for this."

Expenses to US healthcare organizations and providers can become exorbitant due to the cost of medical malpractice. Arbitration agreements, which are incorporated into the admission process in many healthcare organizations, can reduce this burden by decreasing the number of jury trials and legal defense costs, promoting timely resolutions, eliminating the concern of unpredictable jury verdicts and damage awards, and maintaining disputants’ privacy. If a dispute proceeds to litigation it is beneficial to have a case heard in a reasonable venue, and a choice of forum agreement is valuable to incorporate in the admissions process.Learn more
