Loredana Mazzoleni Neglén has been appointed as Head Customer Experience & Customer and Distribution Steering for Swiss Re Corporate Solutions (SRCS) in February 2020. In this role, she is responsible for leading SRCS's global efforts to deliver a consistently superior Customer Experience as well as driving the regional Customer and Distribution functions to achieve SRCS's goals.
Ms. Mazzoleni Neglén also leads SRCS's Innovative Risk Solutions team globally, leveraging customer and distribution partner relationships and resources to build tailored solutions that help customers address their challenging risk management needs.
An Italian and Swiss national, Loredana Mazzoleni Neglén has more than 26 years of experience in the insurance industry. Since joining Swiss Re in 2000, she has held several senior positions in sales and underwriting in EMEA and Asia Pacific.
In 2011, she led the start-up of business activities in the Dubai office for Swiss Re Corporate Solutions and acted as Head of Specialties Underwriting Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA.) Her tasks included steering the implementation of the strategy for energy onshore/offshore, mining, power, general aviation, marine, engineering and construction, global markets and financial lines products on the retail and wholesale side.
In 2013, she relocated to Singapore as Head of Specialties Underwriting Asia Pacific, where she led the Specialties underwriting centres. Most recently, Ms. Mazzoleni Neglén was Head Customer & Distribution Management EMEA.
Prior to joining Swiss Re, Loredana Mazzoleni Neglén worked in the financial services headquarters of Asea Brown Boveri (ABB) in Zurich, where her remit included inter alia project and structured financing as well as setting up and leading their syndication desk for EMEA.
