Trade Credit Collections

Recover overdue trade debts before they become insurance claims.

What is Trade Credit Collections?

Trade Credit Collections supports eligible Trade Credit Insurance policyholders by recovering overdue commercial debts before an insurance claim becomes necessary.

We specialise in trade credit collections and work with businesses to manage the recovery process from initial placement through to resolution. Where recovery isn't successful and a valid claim arises, we can support referral into the Trade Credit Insurance claims process.

Trade Credit Collections is an optional service. If recovery is unsuccessful, the matter can be referred to the relevant insurer's Trade Credit Insurance claims process. Whether a claim can be made or is payable will depend on the terms of the relevant policy and the insurer's assessment.

Who is it for? Available to eligible Trade Credit Insurance policyholders

Trade Credit Collections is a separate debt recovery service available to eligible Trade Credit Insurance policyholders under a separate Collection Service Agreement. You are free to choose whether to appoint Trade Credit Collections or another provider. However, if your policy includes a benefit for reimbursement of debt collection or legal costs, that benefit may be conditional on using Trade Credit Collections. See FAQ for details.
