We are seeking a technically curious, interface‑savvy engineer to join our team.
This role is particularly well‑suited for someone transitioning from traditional ABAP development into a broader Business Analyst (BA) perspective, with strong expertise in ABAP on HANA.
The candidate will take ownership of engineering activities spanning development, system integration, and business analysis within the Subledger domain—working across diverse technology stacks and contributing to the harmonization of interconnected systems.

Globally distributed team (Zurich, India) working with global stakeholders and significant stakeholder base across locations.

About you
Essential:
- The ideal candidate should have expertise in SAP S4HANA.
- 6+ years of hands-on experience in designing and implementing solutions based on Embedded Analytics (CDS views, ABAP), HANA native DB.
- Proficiency in SAP tables/structures, ABAP Objects, OO ABAP and SQL.
- Proven track record across all phases of application development: requirements gathering, architecture, implementation, Maintenance, testing, and documentation
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
- A mindset geared toward business analysis, not just development.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and experience working in an agile environment
- Openness to roll up to Business Analysts role.
- Able to deal with ambiguity and influence positive outcomes.
Pro-active, forward-looking mind set and exceptional delivery focus.
Nice to Have:
- Exposure to Bank Analyzer and its mapping logic.
- Experience working in hybrid environments involving both technical and functional stakeholders.
