About the Role

As a Business Services Associate, you'll be at the heart of our agricultural insurance operations — ensuring that policies are issued accurately, processes run smoothly, and our customers receive the best possible experience. This is a role where your attention to detail, proactive mindset, and collaborative spirit will make a real difference every single day.

You'll work across a variety of operational and cross-functional activities, contributing to process improvements, systemic development, and strategic projects — all while building deep expertise in the rural insurance space.

Key Responsibilities

  • Issue policies and endorsements accurately and in line with regulatory and compliance standards

  • Manage operational processes and internal controls, ensuring compliance with governance frameworks

  • Handle complex, non-standardized processes, triaging priorities and delivering effective solutions

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to analyze workflows and propose meaningful improvements

  • Represent Operations in projects, meetings, and development programs

  • Support systems development by defining business requirements and participating in testing activities

About You

You are a curious, motivated professional who thrives in dynamic environments. You take initiative, collaborate naturally across teams, and bring a clear, solutions-focused mindset to every challenge. You simplify complexity, communicate with confidence, and always look for smarter ways to get things done.

We are looking for candidates who meet these requirements:

  • 1–3 years of experience in insurance, customer service, operations, or underwriting

  • Knowledge of Rural/Agricultural Insurance — familiarity with products and the regulatory environment

  • Proficiency in the Office Package — Excel, Word, and Outlook

  • Experience with Brokers and/or Insurance Companies

  • General knowledge across insurance disciplines — in operations or underwriting

  • Intermediate English; 

These are additional nice to haves:

  • Power BI experience for data visualization and reporting

  • Customer service orientation — commitment to internal and external stakeholder needs

  • Academic background in Business Administration, Accounting, Insurance Management, or Actuarial Science

  • Analytical mindset — ability to assess situations and propose practical improvements

  • Adaptability — comfortable managing shifting priorities with a positive attitude

Our company has a hybrid work model where the expectation is that you will be in the office at least three days per week.
