About the Role
Responsible for billing and issuance of Transport, support to brokers and underwriters.
Key responsibilities:
- Support the underwriting team in day-to-day demands and administrative processes;
- Analyze received documentation; Assist and support brokers to provide a quality service; Follow-up on demands;
- Manage internal processes and controls;
- Analyze processes to help the business and develop improvements for the team.
- Define requirements and participate in tests to support systemic development.

Requirements
- 1 to 3 years of experience in Insurance, Operations, or Underwriting.
- General knowledge of insurance products and processes.
- Experience interacting with brokers and/or insurance companies.
- Understanding of workflow and operational processes.
- Customer-focused mindset.
- Intermediate English and/or Spanish is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Law, Accounting, Insurance Management, Actuarial Science, or related fields.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and Outlook).
- Knowledge of the insurance industry.
- Power BI knowledge is a plus.
