COO Office Coordinator

About the Role
In this role, you are the engine behind a well-run COO Office. You ensure governance runs seamlessly, decisions are followed through, and priorities stay on track. By bringing structure, clarity, and momentum, you reduce operational load on senior leaders, improve transparency, and enable high-quality decision-making across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
Governance & Performance Support
- Coordinate COO meetings and governance forums, including agendas, materials, logistics, and follow-ups
- Support performance check-ins, planning timelines, and reporting cycles
- Own action tracking and ensure timely, high-quality follow-through across stakeholders
Office Management Activities
- Act as a central coordination point for the COO Office, ensuring smooth daily operations
- Manage planning and prioritisation across the COO Office calendar and key deliverables
- Support preparation of presentations, briefing materials, and management communications
- Coordinate across functions and senior stakeholders to ensure alignment and execution
- Organise and support community, engagement, and communication activities
Drive Operational Excellence
- Identify and implement opportunities to streamline processes and improve ways of working
- Take ownership of recurring processes and coordination tasks to reduce operational burden
- Ensure consistency, reliability, and high execution standards across all COO Office activities

We are looking for candidates who meet these requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in management consulting, programme management, strategy, or portfolio management
- Strong organisational and coordination skills, with a high degree of ownership and accountability
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and engage confidently with diverse, senior stakeholders
- High attention to detail and reliability in execution, even in fast-moving environments
- Analytical, data-driven mindset, with the ability to structure problems, interpret data, and translate insights into clear recommendations
- Hands-on experience with analytical and performance management tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, and PPM tools, to support tracking, reporting, and decision-making
- Strong interest in and practical use of AI tools (e.g. Copilot, ChatGPT) to enhance productivity, improve insights, and streamline ways of working
- Clear, professional, and persuasive written and verbal communication (fluency in English, both written and spoken)
For Slovakia, the base salary range for this position is between 1,900 EUR and 3,200 EUR per month (for a full-time role). The specific salary offered considers:
- the requirements, scope, complexity and responsibilities of the role,
- the applicant’s own profile including education/qualifications, expertise, specialization, skills and experience.
In addition to your base salary, you may be eligible for additional rewards and benefits including an attractive performance-based bonus.
