About the Role
As a Claims Analyst, you'll serve as the critical link between our Market Units and outsourced partners, ensuring efficient claims processing while maintaining rigorous quality standards. Your expertise will help us deliver exceptional service to our stakeholders across the Asia & Pacific region.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer low touch Claims with precision and attention to detail
- Serve as the Single Point of Contact for all internal/external stakeholders on Claims Operations requirements
- Ensure regional regulatory adherence across all regions within Asia & Pacific
- Manage Claims governance and adherence to KPIs with outsource partners
- Conduct quality checks to ensure accurate data and reporting
- Identify deviations/errors and follow through with appropriate corrective actions
- Support audit activities and prepare requested information for auditors
- Oversee stakeholder management and global reporting
- Collaborate with on-shore Claim Handlers to understand Market Unit expectations
- Participate in Global Claims Community initiatives aligned with Claims Strategy
- Facilitate UAT and implementation of system enhancements
- Manage training and access for Claims Operations team and Outsource partners
- Support yearly Business Continuity exercises
- Generate ad-hoc reports as required

You're a detail-oriented professional with a strong background in insurance operations. You thrive in dynamic environments where you can apply your analytical skills and operational expertise to drive process improvements. Your excellent communication skills enable you to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders, and you're known for your ability to maintain high-quality standards while meeting deadlines
We are looking for candidates who meet these requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, or Business Administration
- Minimum 7 years of experience in (re)insurance
- Strong operational oversight and analytical skills
- Excellent business communication and cross-cultural skills, both verbal and written
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing tasks and priorities in a multifaceted environment
These are additional nice to haves
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Access DB, Python, R, or other data analytic tools
- Strong customer focus and service orientation
- Excellent presentation skills
- Experience working with outsourced partners
- Knowledge of claims processing systems and workflows
Our company has a hybrid work model where the expectation is that you will be in the office at least three days per week
