About the Role
In this pivotal position, you'll be at the intersection of data management and business strategy, supporting the development and maintenance of costing models that drive our insurance products. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and provide valuable insights that inform business decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Management – Take ownership of data integrity, validation, and maintenance for costing models
- Reporting – Prepare reports to support decision-making processes of underwriters
- Process Improvement – Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and accuracy by leveraging Gen AI capabilities
- Project Support – Assist in implementing new projects and approaches as business needs evolve
- Documentation – Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation of processes and methodologies
- Quality Control – Ensure adherence to data quality standards and protocols
About the Team
You'll be joining the Costing Data Services team in Corporate Solutions, where we take ownership of Data Management while working with colleagues across various functions and locations. Corporate Solutions is in a dynamic phase of growth, and we are continuously updating our costing models in support of new products and growing markets.
About You
You're a detail-oriented professional with strong analytical capabilities and excellent communication skills. You thrive in collaborative environments and are passionate about data integrity and Gen AI. Your ability to organize information methodically and translate complex data into actionable insights makes you an ideal candidate for this role.
We are looking for candidates who meet these requirements:
- University Degree (position is suitable for fresh graduates)
- Advanced English proficiency (spoken, written, and reading)
- Experience with Microsoft Office Package, particularly Excel
- Logical thinking with the ability to review and validate documents, manipulate data and maintain a high level of attention to detail
- Experience with Gen AI tools and general technology awareness
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams
These are additional nice to haves:
- Knowledge and understanding of reinsurance/insurance business
- Additional European language
- Project management experience, or willingness to participate in project in the future
For Slovakia the base salary range for this position is between 1 400 EUR and 2 300 EUR per month (for a full-time role). The specific salary offered considers:
- the requirements, scope, complexity and responsibilities of the role,
- the applicant’s own profile including education/qualifications, expertise, specialisation, skills and experience.
In addition to your base salary, you may be eligible for additional rewards and benefits including an attractive performance-based bonus.
