About the Role
As an Analytics Specialist, you'll work at the sweet spot between technical know-how and business needs. You'll build solutions that help people make better decisions and improve how things work day-to-day. This role gives you the chance to own projects from start to finish and see the real impact of your work.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and improve data pipelines, dashboards, and data applications; simplify and automate processes to make someone's work more efficient.
- Make sense of data by analyzing and visualizing it in ways that tell a clear story and help guide decisions.
- Work with colleagues across the business to understand their challenges and create data solutions that truly help.
- Explore and apply innovative approaches including Generative AI when it makes sense for enhancing our data products and user experience.
- Collaborate in an Agile setup with cross-functional and virtual teams.

At CorSo (Corporate Solutions) Data & Analytics, we work closely with teams across the organization on a wide range of data challenges. We're practical problem-solvers who care about delivering useful results and create real impact. About You
You're someone who enjoys working with data and turning it into well-built, practical solutions. You're comfortable taking responsibility for projects and seeing them through. You're naturally curious about how things work and always looking for better ways to solve problems.
We are looking for candidates who meet these requirements:
- Good hands-on experience with Python
- Understanding of software development and data engineering principles
- Ability to dig into data and find what truly matters, extracting insights that help the business
- Good communication skills for working effectively with both technical and non-technical colleagues
These are additional nice to haves:
- Experience with distributed computing frameworks like Spark
- Experience with Generative AI and its usage in data analytics landscape
- Hands-on experience with TypeScript
- Hands-on experience with PowerBI
- Knowledge of insurance industry/data domain

For Slovakia the base salary range for this position is between 2,400 EUR and 4,100 EUR per month (for a full-time role). The specific salary offered considers:
- the requirements, scope, complexity and responsibilities of the role,
- the applicant’s own profile including education/qualifications, expertise, specialisation, skills and experience.
In addition to your base salary, you may be eligible for additional rewards and benefits including an attractive performance-based bonus.
