About the Role
The Cross-BU Data Coordination Manager role is embedded within the Public Sector Solutions (PSS) Origination Centre and plays a critical role in enabling delivery against Swiss Re’s Public Sector origination agenda. The role ensures the integrity, consistency, and strategic value of PSS origination data. Operating at the intersection of CorSo, Reinsurance, RDS and the rest of the Group, the role maintains a unified public sector view while safeguarding Chinese wall requirements.
This role is accountable for enforcing pipeline quality standards, aligning financial and pipeline inputs across BUs, and driving Central Pipeline tool migration, dashboard design and sales steering dashboard development. It plays a central role in preparing origination insights for Group-level reporting, planning cycles, and governance committees.
Key Responsibilities
PSS Tech Origination Infrastructure Development
- Supervise the migration of PSS origination pipeline from Customer 360 to CPT, ensuring data continuity, accuracy, and usability
- Provide PSS-specific input and functional requirements for the design of a dedicated PSS sales steering dashboard within the CPT ecosystem
- Act as a functional translator between PSS market units and technical delivery teams
- Support the definition, testing, and deployment of dashboards, trackers, and templates to enable scalable, tech-enabled origination management
- Once implemented, own the onboarding and training of Client Managers on the new infrastructure and serve as the first point of contact for related queries
Pipeline Quality & Data Integrity
- Monitor and enforce pipeline data quality standards across PSS deals globally
- Follow up with PSS Client Managers to resolve gaps, misclassifications, or inconsistencies
- Maintain clear definitions and guidance to support a unified view of the origination funnel
- Coordinate data hygiene checks in line with internal control and reporting timelines
- Continue value add deal by deal assessment and BU positioning, activate lifecycle transfer back to BUs
Cross-BU Engagement & Leadership
- Manage data and process coordination between CorSo and Reinsurance to ensure integrity and compliance with Chinese wall requirements while maintaining a unified public sector view
- Align financial inputs, risk appetite, and capacity plans across Group Business Units for origination planning and prioritisation
- Coordinate cross-BU contributions to key Group deliverables, including quarterly reporting, planning cycles, and deal-level escalations
- Own the PSS projections monitoring
About the Team
Our PSS team focuses on engaging with public sector institutions that have non-standard buying behaviors, influences, and unique needs driven by political or budgetary considerations. We work with governments at all levels, state-backed risk pools, publicly-owned Export Credit Agencies, international organizations like the World Bank and UN Agencies, and NGOs. Our work requires navigating complex decision-making processes while designing tailored solutions that address the distinct requirements of these public sector entities.
About You
We are looking for candidates who meet these requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in a data coordination, business planning, or reporting role in a global or matrixed environment
- Strong understanding of financial and origination pipeline data, with experience supporting senior-level reporting and business planning processes
- High attention to detail with strong data integrity mindset; able to translate business needs into structured data flows
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence preparing materials for senior leadership and committee audiences
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; Proficiency with planning/reporting tools and data visualisation platforms (Power BI, Stargate Customer 360 and CPT)
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
For Slovakia the base salary range for this position is between EUR 2,900 and 4,800 EUR per month (for a full-time role). The specific salary offered considers:
- the requirements, scope, complexity and responsibilities of the role,
- the applicant’s own profile including education/qualifications, expertise, specialization, skills and experience.
In addition to your base salary, you may be eligible for additional rewards and benefits including an attractive performance-based bonus.
