You will serve as a central hub connecting SRIJ and Group wide internal stakeholders, ensuring seamless coordination across UI design (Japanese), system integration within SR systems, and project execution. Your role will be pivotal in enabling Corso Tech and SRIJ teams to collaborate effectively and deliver high-impact solutions.

About the Role

As the System Integration & UI Coordination Specialist, you will manage the end-to-end understanding of UI design in Japanese and system connectivity within SR systems. You will act as a bridge between SRIJ and Group wide internal stakeholders, ensuring that action items and schedules are clearly defined and executed. Your experience as a System Integrator (SIer) or in similar roles will be key to navigating technical and organizational complexity.

Key responsibilities

  • Understand and coordinate UI design requirements in Japanese and API integration across SR systems.
  • Serve as a communication hub between SRIJ and Corso Tech etc., managing schedules, deliverables, and stakeholder alignment.
  • Translate business needs into actionable technical plans and ensure timely execution.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and maintain clarity across teams.
  • Lead and document action items, follow-ups, and progress tracking.
  • Support change management and rollout of new system features or integrations.
  • Engage in external communication for solving the system related matters.

You will join SRI Japan team and report to Head Operations Japan.

About You

You are a proactive communicator and team player with strong coordination skills with time-zone flexibility (i.e. Japan, India and UK) and ability to manage asynchronous communication effectively. You thrive in cross-cultural environments and are comfortable managing both technical and interpersonal dynamics.  You are also capable of leveraging your understanding of digital transformation and IT strategy to suggest practical solutions that improve operational efficiency and align with SRIJ’s business goals.

Essentials:

  • Ability and motivation to learn and adapt to new technologies and environments.
  • 3+ years of experience as a System Integrator or in a related field.
  • Comfort with collaboration tools (Miro, Figma, etc.) for UI design
  • Native-level Japanese proficiency for UI design and internal communication.
  • Business-level English proficiency for accurate communication with Corso Tech. etc.
  • Strong team-working and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage schedules, action items, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Ability to organize complex information and communicate it clearly to diverse stakeholders through documentation and visual materials.

Nice to haves:

  • Experience in agile environments.
  • Knowledge of Project Management methodologies
  • Experience in insurance industry.
  • Background in business consulting or service design.


The base salary range for this position will be shared with you during the interview process.
