About the Role
As Senior Executive Assistant, you will be a trusted partner to the Managing Director and two senior leaders within Digital & Tech CorSo. You'll sit at the intersection of leadership, strategy, and execution - bringing structure, clarity, and reliability to a fast-paced, globally connected environment. From managing complex schedules to driving local engagement in Bratislava, your work will directly enable leaders to focus on what matters most. You'll also leverage the latest digital and AI tools to continuously raise the bar on productivity and ways of working
Key Responsibilities:
- Calendar & inbox management: Proactively manage and optimise complex schedules for the Managing Director and two senior leaders, ensuring clear priorities and effective use of time across time zones
- Meeting management: Organise leadership meetings and key forums; prepare materials and ensure clear follow-up on decisions and actions
- Travel & logistics: Coordinate end-to-end travel arrangements, including itineraries, accommodation, and expenses
- Stakeholder management: Act as a trusted partner between leadership and internal/external stakeholders
- Events & offsites: Plan and deliver divisional events and leadership sessions from concept to execution
- Bratislava location support: Drive local engagement initiatives, including events and community-building activities and events that foster a connected, collaborative team culture
- Productivity & tools: Use AI and digital tools to improve efficiency and ways of working
About the Team
Digital & Tech CorSo develops technology solutions for the Corporate Solutions business, driving digital innovation and transformation.
The D&T CorSo Office sits at the centre of the division, supporting leadership in translating priorities into execution. The team coordinates governance, planning, and performance tracking to ensure focus on the most important initiatives.
Working closely with stakeholders across the organisation, the Office provides structure, alignment, and visibility, enabling efficient decision-making and consistent delivery of business and technology outcomes.
About You
You are a seasoned Executive Assistant who takes pride in enabling senior leaders to operate at their absolute best. You bring strong judgment, discretion, and an exceptional ability to anticipate needs before they arise — even in complex, fast-paced, global environments.
You communicate with confidence and clarity, build trust at every level of the organisation, and remain calm and solutions-focused under pressure.
You embrace technology and AI tools as genuine productivity multipliers, and you bring a collaborative spirit that contributes to a positive, well-connected team environment.
We are looking for candidates who meet these requirements:
- 5+ years of experience as a Senior Executive Assistant or in a comparable executive support role in a complex organisation
- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage multiple demands and work under pressure
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and collaboration tools (e.g., Teams)
- High level of discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information
- Comfortable working across time zones and with global stakeholders
- Experience with, or a strong interest in leveraging, AI productivity tools (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT)
These are additional nice to haves:
- Experience in technology, digital, or innovation environments
- Background in global team coordination across multiple time zones and cultures
- Familiarity with travel and expense management systems
- Experience in event planning or conference coordination, including large-scale offsites or leadership forum
For Slovakia the base salary range for this position is between EUR 1,800 and EUR 2,800 per month (for a full-time role). The specific salary offered considers:
• the requirements, scope, complexity and responsibilities of the role,
• the applicant’s own profile including education/qualifications, expertise, specialization, skills and experience.In addition to your base salary, you may be eligible for additional rewards and benefits including an attractive performance-based bonus.
