Do you thrive in highly regulated environments where precision, structure, and collaboration are key? If so, this is your opportunity to play a pivotal role at the heart of risk modelling governance at one of the world's leading reinsurance companies.
About the Role
As a Governance & Process Manager within the Risk Modelling team, you will be a cornerstone of robust governance and efficient process management across the internal model framework. This is a high-impact role that sits at the intersection of regulatory compliance, digital innovation, and cross-functional collaboration. - Coordinate and execute governance processes within the Risk Modelling function, ensuring consistency, quality, and compliance with internal standards
- Develop, maintain, and enhance tracking tools and documentation related to governance activities, driving efficiency and transparency
- Monitor and track regulatory interactions (e.g. FINMA, CAA), ensuring completeness, timeliness, and full transparency — and automate these monitoring processes for greater efficiency
- Support agenda coordination for key committees and conduct documentation reviews as part of the Risk Modelling team's key deliverables
- Perform governance adherence checks across the Risk Modelling team, following up on identified actions and ensuring accountability
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of governance frameworks and operating processes, identifying opportunities to streamline and modernise workflows
- Collaborate closely with risk modelling teams, gaining exposure to modelling topics while maintaining a primary focus on governance excellence

Operating in a highly regulated environment, the team works closely with regulators and internal stakeholders to ensure the internal model meets the highest standards of compliance, transparency, and robustness.
About You

You enjoy collaborating across teams and are motivated by the opportunity to drive meaningful improvements in governance and process efficiency.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex governance topics clearly and effectively to diverse stakeholders
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and deliverables in a regulated, fast-paced environment, combined with high attention to detail in the preparation of briefing materials and documentation
These Are Additional Nice to Haves:
- Experience in governance or compliance functions, preferably within a financial services or regulatory environment
- Project management experience, with the ability to lead or contribute to structured initiatives
- Good understanding of SST and Solvency II regulatory requirements related to the use of internal models
