Are you a detail-oriented student with analytical skills and a passion for technology? Join our Contracts & Wording Services team as a Junior Business Analyst for a 3-4 month internship starting earliest April 2026.

You'll bridge business needs and technical solutions while gaining valuable real-world experience. This student position offers an exceptional opportunity to develop professional skills in business analysis while contributing to the evolution of our contracts & wording application with use of Gen AI.

About the Role

As a Junior Business Analyst, you'll work at the intersection of business and technology, helping shape our contract wording tool. You'll learn how to gather requirements, collaborate with diverse stakeholders, and contribute to AI-enabled features that enhance contract analysis and user productivity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
  • Create documentation for technical solutions and implementations using Gen AI/LLMs
  • Help manage the product backlog and participate in the prioritization of features
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and other team members (PO, UI/UX, developers, QAs)
  • Support the liaison between business users and development teams, helping translate requirements into actionable user stories

About the Team

The Contracts & Wordings Services is an international team of 50+ professionals dedicated to developing and enhancing software specializing in contracts and wording. We bridge business needs and technical solutions, continuously improving our tool to deliver meaningful value to users. Our current focus includes evolving AI-enabled capabilities to enhance contract analysis, user productivity, and decision-making.

About You

You're a curious and analytical student who enjoys solving complex problems and working in collaborative environments. You have strong communication skills and a keen interest in understanding how technology can address business challenges. Your ability to organize information and attention to detail will help you thrive in this role.

We are looking for candidates who meet these requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Good communication abilities and proficiency in English
  • Ability to organize information and present it clearly to different audiences

These are additional nice to haves:

  • Previous internship or project experience in business analysis or requirements gathering
  • Basic understanding of software development processes or business analysis concepts
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies
  • Knowledge of project management or collaboration tools like Azure DevOps or Confluence
  • Interest in AI technologies and their business applications
  • Understanding of insurance industry concepts or contract review processes
