About the Role
As an Operations Manager within the GIA Office, you will be at the heart of how Global Internal Audit (GIA) functions as a high-performing, well-coordinated operation. - Drive coordination across audit units, subject matter experts, and leadership teams to ensure consistent application of processes and standards on a global scale
- Support the implementation and maintenance of regulatory monitoring processes and internal audit methodology frameworks, tracking progress and coordinating inputs across key stakeholders
- Organise and facilitate onboarding sessions for new joiners and manage the ongoing training and knowledge-sharing initiatives, supporting the rollout and adoption of new processes across GIA
- Prepare and distribute operational reports, dashboards, and internal communications, maintaining high standards of data accuracy and keeping stakeholders informed and aligned
- Contribute to planning and reporting cycles, supporting process execution and ensuring operational consistency across the GIA function
