Payment, Billing & Collection Specialist

About the Role
Main responsibilities include:
- Executing tasks and processes which require manual intervention
- Driving issue resolution with other departments and execute correction in the system
- Monitoring incoming and outgoing payments
- Participating in defining the rules for payment billing and collection processes
- Initiating process improvements to increase efficiency
About the Team
You will be part of the Payment, Billing & Collection team who is taking care of Life & Health and P&C portfolio in the EMEA region. We are responsible for smooth payment processes in our production systems. We collaborate closely with Operational and Technology departments.
About You
- You have prior experience, ideally in finance and/or insurance
- You have strong analytical skills and positive ('can do') approach
- You are detailed and solution oriented, motivated to learn
- You like working with numbers
- You are good at MS office (Excel)
- You have strong interpersonal and communication skills to drive discussion with colleagues, articulate your opinions and listen to the others
- You are proficient in English
- You have strong teamwork skills, able to work independently and collaboratively
For Slovakia the base salary range for this position is between EUR 1,400 and 2,300 EUR per month (for a full-time role). The specific salary offered considers:
- the requirements, scope, complexity and responsibilities of the role,
- the applicant’s own profile including education/qualifications, expertise, specialisation, skills and experience.
