About the Role

As a Project Coordinator & Operations Specialist, you'll orchestrate strategic initiatives while providing crucial operational support across our Claims department. You'll analyze performance metrics, coordinate business initiatives across regions, and develop reports that drive data-informed decision-making at all levels of leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Coordination - Manage and track strategic claims initiatives, ensuring timely implementation and alignment with departmental priorities
  • Performance Analysis & Reporting - Create insightful reports and dashboards that translate complex data into actionable insights for leadership decision-making
  • Operational Support - Partner with Market Unit Heads to optimize resource allocation, improve processes, and enhance operational effectiveness
  • Budget Management - Coordinate budget planning and tracking processes, ensuring financial accountability across projects and operations
  • Cross-functional Collaboration - Work seamlessly with IT, Learning & Development, and Management Information teams to drive integrated solutions
  • Process Improvement - Identify opportunities for operational enhancements and help develop standardized procedures and regional guidelines
  • Governance & Compliance - Support regulatory audits and help develop standard operating procedures and regional guidelines

About the Team

Swiss Re Corporate Solutions is the commercial insurance arm of the Swiss Re Group. We offer innovative insurance solutions to large and midsized multinational corporations from our approximately 50 locations worldwide. We help clients mitigate their risk exposure, whilst our industry-leading claims service provides them with additional peace of mind.

About You

You're a methodical project coordinator with exceptional organizational abilities and a talent for translating data into meaningful insights. Your communication skills enable you to effectively manage stakeholder expectations while coordinating multiple workstreams. You thrive in dynamic environments where you can apply your analytical mindset to improve processes and drive operational excellence.

We are looking for candidates who meet these requirements:

  • University degree in business administration, economics, or a similar field
  • Minimum of 3 years relevant work experience in project coordination, or business operations support
  • Demonstrated experience in reporting, data analysis, and performance tracking
  • Fluency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in a business environment
  • Strong organizational abilities with experience managing multiple business initiatives simultaneously
  • Analytical, pragmatic, and solution-oriented approach

These are additional nice to haves:

  • Experience in Primary Insurance market and dedicated Claims experience
  • Additional European language skills
  • Background in process improvement or change management initiatives

For Slovakia, the base salary range for this position is between EUR 1,800 and EUR 2,900 per month (for a full-time role).

• the requirements, scope, complexity and responsibilities of the role

• the applicant's own profile including education/qualifications, expertise, specialisation, skills and experience

In addition to your base salary, you may be eligible for additional rewards and benefits including an attractive performance-based bonus.
