Your Role
As Senior Executive Programmes Manager, you will:
Deliver IMS programmes worldwide: plan, facilitate, and deliver a significant number of client programmes annually
Ensure operational excellence: oversee logistics, coordinate faculty assignments, prepare participant materials, and manage simulation tool setup
Engage with clients and partners: tailor programmes to client needs, co-create solutions, and ensure a positive learning experience
Lead innovation and growth: design new, engaging executive eduction offerings, integrate digital tools and emerging technologies, and strengthen the programme’s global impact
Build and support a faculty community: manage relationships with external trainers and faculty, including scheduling, contracting, and fostering collaboration
Apply agile methods: manage projects effectively and continuously improve delivery processes
What You Bring
Solid experience in the insurance or reinsurance industry (essential)
Proven programme and project management skills, including logistics-heavy delivery
Experience in learning design and facilitation for executives or professionals
Strong coordination and stakeholder management abilities across diverse contexts
Proficiency with digital tools and openness to innovative learning technologies
Fluency in English; German is a plus
Bonus skills:
Familiarity with instructional design frameworks (e.g. ADDIE)
Experience with simulation-based learning and AI applications
Ability to analyse and improve learning effectiveness
For Germany, the base salary range for this position is between EUR 86,000 and EUR 144,000 (for a full-time role). The specific salary offered considers:
- the requirements, scope, complexity and responsibilities of the role,
- the applicant's own profile including education/qualifications, expertise, specialisation, skills and experience.
In addition to your base salary, Swiss Re offers an attractive performance-based variable compensation component, designed to recognise your achievements. Further you will enjoy a variety of global and location specific benefits.
