Sr R&C Process Excellence Lead

About the Role:
- Ensure global end to end process and control standardisation and improvement, reviewing and where possible aligning approaches globally
- Coordinate timely and effective project delivery by participating in design reviews and walk-throughs with varied technical experts, to communicate systems designs and validate proposed solutions
- Support the team implement appropriate control and quality assessment frameworks, to validate and improve the effectiveness of a process
- Support the team to document global standards and local deviations. Work with regions and locations to ensure new standards are understood and followed
- Drive continuous improvement and ensure scalability of processes and controls to support efficient business growth
About You:
- Bachelor's degree in Management, Risk Management, Finance, Law
- Demonstrated ability in Process Excellence/ Process Improvement/ Continuous Improvement
- Able to be a business partner that can challenge, bring pragmatic solutions and articulate benefits of key organizational change activities
- Strong communication, analytical and presentation skills
- Good command in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and SQL. Knowledge of Python would be of added advantage
Desirable:
- Agile, Lean or Six Sigma certification
- Management consulting experience
