About the Role
As our Strategic Workforce Planning Consultant, you'll be at the forefront of translating analytical findings into tangible outcomes for capability development. You'll lead the implementation of strategic workforce initiatives identified through recent analysis, focusing on enhancing onboarding processes, artificial intelligence capabilities, leadership decision-making, and specific operations competencies.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute a comprehensive multi-year roadmap with clear milestones, deliverables, and KPIs based on strategic workforce planning analysis
- Matrix-manage a project team to deliver on identified work packages, providing regular updates and reports to senior management
- Develop training architectures and onboarding frameworks to support the integration of approximately 150 new team members annually
- Identify and leverage existing training materials and resources or co-create new ones where gaps exist
- Implement tracking systems and scorecards to monitor training effectiveness and capability development progress
- Collaborate closely with Subject Matter Experts across COO and HR functions to ensure alignment with organizational objectives
- Present recommendations and progress updates to senior leadership, driving consensus and buy-in for strategic initiatives
About the Team
You'll join Global Central Operations (GCO) and Global Business Services (GBUS), which together form the operational backbone of Corporate Solutions with approximately 700 professionals. GCO provides central service delivery and outsourcing, while GBUS handles end-to-end service delivery and connects with Market Units and Global Underwriting Lines.
As the main representative for Strategic Workforce Planning, you'll report directly to the Heads of GBUS and GCO, working with Subject Matter Experts to implement capability development in four key areas identified through recent strategic analysis: onboarding, artificial intelligence, leadership decision-making, and operations competencies.

We are looking for candidates who meet these requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience
- Proven track record in Project Management and HR/People topics, particularly in learning & development, training architectures, or related areas
- Fluent written and spoken English communication skills
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities with demonstrated success in influencing stakeholders and gaining buy-in for new initiatives
- Strong service and client-oriented mindset with experience in global, multicultural environments
These are additional nice to haves:
- Experience in financial services or reinsurance industry
- Experience with artificial intelligence applications in workforce development
- Knowledge of capability building methodologies and frameworks
- Familiarity with HR analytics and workforce planning tools
This position will be open as a 2-year contract.
For Slovakia the base salary range for this position is between 1,800 EUR and 3,000 EUR per month (for a full-time role). The specific salary offered considers:
- the requirements, scope, complexity and responsibilities of the role,
- the applicant’s own profile including education/qualifications, expertise, specialization, skills and experience.
In addition to your base salary, you may be eligible for additional rewards and benefits including an attractive performance-based bonus.
