About the Role
As an Operations Expert for the SwiftRe platform, you'll play a crucial role in managing our efficient web-based platform that provides mid-market and facultative business to our clients. You'll handle a client portfolio with detailed operational focus, steer parameters from post-bind experience, and contribute to process and system development.
Key Responsibilities
Be a role model in your expertise area and deliver outstanding performance consistently
Manage core portfolio comprising Single Fac risks via SwiftRe Platform and Fac Facilities via Fac Portal
Drive automation to support business growth and deliver differentiated experiences to our clients
Analyze data with keen attention to detail to inform decision-making
Oversee end-to-end processes including monitoring outstanding statements, managing cash flow, and creating client delight
Ensure data quality by confirming clients submit timely and quality data as per contractual agreements
Support clients in administering contracts and processing statements on the SwiftRe portal when needed
Coordinate technical and financial accounting issues across diverse market accounting teams
Provide administration support regarding tools, processes, and record management
Train clients regularly to update their knowledge on SwiftRe's accounting and payment processes
Collaborate with internal cross-functional and Underwriting teams
Identify opportunities for simplification and support process improvements
Participate in User Acceptance Testing and reporting
Execute Operations strategy aligned with Data Quality, Governance, and Risk Management requirements
Support global automation and client differentiation initiatives
About the Team
Our team consists of 10-11 specialized Operations Experts fully responsible for all back-office processes and some front-end processes of the SwiftRe suite landscape. In line with our strategy, the team is expanding its efforts onto newer Solutions and is expected to grow in volume and complexity.

You're a proactive problem-solver with strong analytical skills and a collaborative mindset. You thrive in dynamic environments and have a passion for operational excellence and process improvement. Your commercial awareness allows you to understand how your role contributes to broader business objectives.
We are looking for candidates who meet these requirements:
Excellent verbal and written business communication skills with proficient speaking knowledge of either French or Spanish
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related fields
7-8 years of work experience, preferably working across diverse business functions
Strong analytical skills, including Advanced Excel (Macros, Power BI)
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional and virtual team environments
Our company has a hybrid work model where the expectation is that you will be in the office at least three days per week
