I'm Oliver Jürgenhake. I am the Key Account and Sales Manager Industrial Insurance at Funk Group Munich. We're the largest independent broker in the German speaking region. We are a trusted consultant to our international programs customers. It is important for us to work with partners that put the customer first.
Which were your biggest challenges with International Programs?
We were looking for a new reliable partner for our customer to secure international programs worldwide. Our customer's risks are quite specific. They demand a high-level of subject matter expertise in the field of product recall with really specific conditions.
What kind of support were you looking for?
We were looking for a new partner on the insurance side.We wanted someone who listens. At the same time, we were seeking someone which had the skills to transfer risks into a tailor-made coverage. Swiss Re Corporate Solutions had all that.

Our collaboration was very smooth from the beginning. Their service orientation is well regarded by the customer. When we meet with the underwriter and the liability risk engineer and the customer it is always very positive.
