Swiss Re Corporate Solutions announces leadership changes in France and Global Distribution Management

Swiss Re announced today upcoming leadership changes within its Corporate Solutions business unit, effective 1 July 2026. Antoine Fleury, currently Head Global Distribution Management, has been appointed Market Unit Head France for Corporate Solutions, subject to applicable regulatory and corporate approvals. He succeeds Bruno Mostermans, who will assume the role of Global Head Customer & Distribution Management. Both will be based in Paris.

In his new role, Antoine Fleury will be responsible for leading Swiss Re Corporate Solutions’ activities in France, with a focus on strengthening client relationships, driving business growth and advancing the company’s strategic priorities in the market.

Antoine Fleury joined Swiss Re in 2007 and has held a range of senior roles across client management, strategy and distribution. Born and raised in Paris, his international experience includes studies in the USA and leadership positions in Zurich and Hong Kong, where he oversaw major client accounts across the business.

Bruno Mostermans joined Swiss Re in 2011 and has played a key role in establishing and growing the Corporate Solutions franchise in France. In his new role, he will lead the company’s global customer and distribution management activities, focusing on client engagement, broker relationships and strategic account development.
