Angela Matherly Director of Risk Management Acuity Brands, Inc.

Angela Matherly is an accomplished risk management executive with
extensive experience in corporate risk management, safety, corporate
security, and enterprise risk management. She is currently Director,
Risk Management for Acuity Brands, a $3.5B global industrial
technology company in Atlanta, GA. She also has experience in food
and heavy industrial manufacturing, telecommunications, retail and
hospitality industries.

Angela is a founding director of Community Matters, a risk & insurance
related non-profit, which has given over $1,800,000 and 50,000
volunteer service hours to local charities in the Charlotte community.

Angela graduated Summa Cum Laude from Appalachian State
University; was a Spencer Educational Foundation Scholar and has
completed her ARM.
