Cyrus Pang Head Claims Asia Corporate Solutions

Cyrus Pang is a claims professional with over 14 years of experience in international claims management, large loss handling, and customer experience transformation. 

Since joining Swiss Re Corporate Solutions in 2021, Cyrus has led various strategic initiatives to strengthen the company’s International Programs (IP) and Customer Experience capabilities. His work focuses on optimising global IP claims operations and building a differentiated global claims value proposition that drives client success and business growth. 

Cyrus brings extensive experience across multiple lines of business, including Property, General Liability, Product Liability, Engineering, and Financial & Professional Liability (FinPro). His expertise spans retail, mid-market, commercial, and International Program segments, with a strong focus on delivering consistent, transparent, and efficient claims outcomes. 

In his current role as Head of Customer & IP Claims Excellence and Head of Claims Asia, Cyrus is responsible for advancing claims service standards, driving technical excellence, and enhancing the end-to-end customer experience across Corporate Solutions' global network. He oversees claims management for Greater China, Southeast Asia, and Japan, working in close collaboration with the Claims Operations team in India to deliver consistent and efficient claims service across the region. 

Cyrus holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA), a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.), and a Bachelor of Business Administration (BA).
