David Hayden-Case Head Customer Management MU UK & Ireland

David leads the Customer Management function for Swiss Re Corporate Solutions in the UK and Ireland, where he is responsible for relationship management and business development across the market unit.

He joined Swiss Re in 2021, focusing on the company’s expansion into the UK primary lead international programme space. In this role, he co-created solutions for large and complex clients and their brokers, often involving captives, multi-line and multi-year structures, and global servicing requirements.

David reports to Nina Arquint (CEO, UK & Ireland) and is a member the Swiss Re Corporate Solutions UK Leadership Team.

Prior to joining Swiss Re, he spent nearly 15 years at Zurich Insurance in the UK, holding a range of roles across underwriting and relationship management. He holds the Advanced Diploma in Insurance (ACII) and a degree in Human Geography from the University of Portsmouth.
