David Hayden-Case Head Customer Management MU UK & Ireland

David manages the CDM function for Swiss Re Corporate Solutions in the UK and is responsible for leading the relationship management and business development strategy for Network Rail. David joined Swiss Re in 2021, were he led Swiss Re's push into the primary lead international programme space, focusing on co-creating solutions for large and complex customers and their brokers, typically involving captives, multi-line/multi-year structures and global servicing requirements. 

David reports to Adrian Hall (Managing Director, Head UK, Ireland, South Africa & EMEA Wholesale), is a member of the Swiss Re Corporate Solutions UK Leadership Team and the UK Branch Management Committee.

Prior to joining Swiss Re, David spent nearly 15 years at Zurich Insurance in the UK holding roles across underwriting and relationship management, including 7 years in Zurich's public sector business, Zurich Municipal having been selected for Zurich's Graduate Development Programme. 

David holds the Advanced Diploma in Insurance qualification (ACII), and an undergraduate degree in Human Geography from the University of Portsmouth.
