Dennis Arizin Managing Director Guy Carpenter

Dennis Arizin is a Managing Director and North American Leader for Guy Carpenter’s Life, Accident & Health (L,A&H) segment. With more than 35 years of experience in the insurance and reinsurance industry, Dennis is recognized for his deep expertise in structuring and executing complex reinsurance solutions for insurers, reinsurers, and managing general underwriters.

In his role, Dennis advises insurance organizations on the design and evaluation of alternative reinsurance structures, capital optimization strategies, and access to global reinsurance markets. He works closely with clients to address evolving risk management challenges and to develop innovative solutions that support growth and long-term financial stability.

Prior to joining Guy Carpenter, Dennis held positions with Towers Watson and GE Capital, where he developed extensive experience in insurance advisory and reinsurance strategy.

Dennis holds a degree from West Chester University.
