Johana Molina-Parks Director of Risk Management NextEra

Johana became the Director of Risk Management for NextEra Energy in April of 2022. A seasoned executive, Johana is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) who has experience not only in Risk Management, but Management positions in Strategic Initiatives, Group Forecasting & Analysis, Business Management, Accounting, and Audit across numerous companies including NextEra, Florida Power & Light, McGladrey, and Daszkal Bolton.
In addition to her CPA designation, Johana earned a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Duke University Fuqua School of Business in 2022 and a Bachelors of Science – Accounting degree from Florida Atlantic University in 2004.
