Lisa Radford brings three decades of insurance industry experience and deep market knowledge to her role as Head of Distribution Management, USA at Swiss Re Corporate Solutions. She defines and executes the U.S. distribution strategy across Corporate Solutions and leads a national team of Distribution Managers. She strengthens broker relationships, enhances service and connectivity, aligns distribution efforts with underwriting and portfolio strategy, and drives sustainable growth across priority segments and regions.

Lisa joined Swiss Re Corporate Solutions in 2021 as a Senior Customer Manager, where she managed and developed a portfolio of strategic Fortune 100 clients with complex, global risk management needs. Before joining Swiss Re, she spent 24 years at AIG, where she held senior roles across claims, casualty underwriting, business development, and client engagement.

Lisa began her insurance career as a bilingual adjuster with Allstate in Atlanta, Georgia, after earning a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish from the University of Georgia. Alongside her professional work, she serves as a Georgia Chapter board member of the Insurance Industry Charitable Foundation (IICF) and actively supports the development of the next generation of insurance industry leaders.
