Marc repatriated to the US and leads the relationships with our North American managed customers in the Central region. In his latest role as Global Customer Experience Leader, Marc has been on the core team developing the new Customer Strategy, as well as being on the core team for our Customer Experience strategy. Previously he was Head Silver Account Management EMEA (2017-2020) where he led the Silver Account Managers to grow a profitable portfolio from 90 to nearly 200 clients (whilst also leading a dozen KAM & SAM clients himself). Marc joined CorSo in 2011 as a Key Account Manager, responsible for clients in the Nordics, UK and Switzerland. His proven track record includes the innovative IKEA consumer insurance deal and the complex & restructured AstraZeneca multiline/multiyear solution to just name two recent examples. Marc is based out of the Chicago office.
