Marc Werder is Swiss Re Corporate Solutions' Head Operational Model Excellence. Prior to this role he served as Chief Innovation & Transformation Officer (CITO) – a role in which he was responsible for Corporate Solution's innovation and transformation initiatives globally as well as the evolution of the tech landscape to support the Business Unit's strategic ambitions.
Marc joined Swiss Re in 2004 and has held numerous roles in direct commercial insurance, Life run-off and Asset Management. Prior to his appointment as CITO, he supported the build out of the strategic tech landscape in Corporate Solutions, most recently in the role of Head Business Solutions. This included the further development of the tech landscape to support Corporate Solutions' International Program Business.
Marc holds an Executive MBA from IMD and a Master's Degree from the University of St Gallen.
