Moya Stevenson Kirilov Senior Claims & Key Case Expert

Moya Stevenson is currently Senior Claims & Key Case Expert within P&C Reinsurance, reporting directly to the Global Head P&C Reinsurance claims. Moya leads the Swiss Re Casualty Claims Expert Network. 

Prior to joining the Swiss Re Group in 2004, Moya had spent nearly 10 years as a solicitor in London in private practice and thereafter as in-house counsel at a Lloyds Broking house. Her career as a solicitor in private practice, at a broker and now at a re/insurer has brought her in contact with various forms of dispute resolution worldwide, including litigation, arbitration and mediation.  

Moya is currently Chair of the European Justice Forum (EJF)*. She was for a number of years a member of the Management Committee of the AIDA Insurance and Reinsurance Arbitration Society (ARIAS) in the UK.

Moya studied German law at King's College London and at the Universität Passau, Germany.
