Olga Schlick Head Claims Continental Europe Claims Corporate Solutions

Olga is Head of Claims Continental Europe for Swiss Re Corporate Solutions, overseeing claims management across Benelux and Nordics, DACH (Germany, Austria, and Switzerland), France Italy, and Spain, across all lines of business.

Olga brings extensive claims and leadership experience to this role. Prior to her current appointment, she managed the Global Credit & Surety Claims team and served as Global Technical Excellence and Large Loss Lead for Credit & Surety.

Olga joined Swiss Re in 2015 as part of the newly established Frankfurt office, where she focused on setting up and growing the Surety business together with the local team.

Prior to joining Swiss Re, Olga spent nearly three years at a consulting company and almost seven years at Zurich Insurance in Germany, holding roles across different functions.

Olga has a legal and economic background and holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree in International Law.
