Paul Fichtner Head Product & Delivery P&C Re Digital & Technology Re

Paul Fichtner, Head Products for Risk Services for Corporates, has more than 15 years of experience in the (re)insurance industry. In his current role, he leads the build-out of our risk management solutions in partnership with technology providers and digital ecosystems.

He joined Swiss Re in 2016 in the Reinsurance business unit where he first was Head Business Performance & Initiatives and later leading Reinsurance's Financial Planning & Analysis unit. Before joining Swiss Re, spend a decade in management (BCG) and actuarial consulting (Deloitte).

He holds a Master's degree in Mathematics from the ETH in Zürich, specializing in stochastics, computational statistics, and insurance mathematics. Additionally, he is a fully qualified actuary.
