Stephanie Weisenberger was appointed Head Human Resources Swiss Re Corporate Solutions in January 2021. She is a member of the Corporate Solutions Executive Committee and the Swiss Re HR Executive Committee.
Stephanie is responsible for the development and execution of the global human capital agenda. She has a strong focus on making Corso a great place to succeed by focusing on leadership and talent management, capability building, inclusion and diversity and fostering personal resilience and well-being.
Stephanie officially joined Swiss Re in 2011 having worked with the Group previously as a consultant. She has held various HR Partner roles in the area of Information Technology, Legal & Compliance and Head HR Life Capital. In these roles she has driven the people agenda with focus on agile business transformation, organisation and people capability development. She also set up practices covering digital intiatives to deliver on business results and connectig people across the organisation.
Prior to joining Swiss Re Stephanie worked for an international software company and a global provider of airline catering solutions in varied HR and operational roles. Stephanie has been living, studying and working internationally in Europe, Latin America, the United States and Asia. She also co-founded her own T-shirt business which supported a children shelter home in South Africa. She is passionate about supporting school projects in Germany, the Philippines and India.
Based in Zurich, Stephanie holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and Master of Business Administration from Schiller International University in London. She is also a member of the Human Capital Institute and Society of Human Resources Management.
