About the Role
You would mainly be responsible for supporting the HR Recruitment Governance & Compliance Lead in operational matters, which may be required for complying with compliances as required time to time. This includes coordinating with teams across multiple locations.
Key responsibilities:
- Monitoring & ensuring statutory forms are obtained from new joiners.
- Providing administrative support to HR Compliance team including but not limited to updating of compliances in internal compliance tool within due dates, coordination with external compliance consultants etc.
- MIS- Compliance acknowledgements, PF related documents.
- Responsible for any support as may be required for managing statutory compliances for PAN India locations.
- Adhoc work, which may be required time-to-time for HR Compliance team & HR Partners.
- Providing administrative support to HR Partners in any work including but not limited to meeting management i.e. scheduling meetings, blocking rooms for HR team meetings, trainings etc.,
