COO Office Manager

Join our dynamic Chief Operating Office (COO) where you'll drive strategic initiatives, strengthen operational discipline, and foster collaboration across the organization. This role combines executive support, strategic coordination, and operational oversight to enable delivery of key priorities.
About the Role
As part of the COO Office, you will support the Head of the COO Office in driving strategic initiatives, governance, and key priorities. The role blends strategic coordination, executive support, and operational oversight to enhance execution and alignment across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic & Executive Support
- Prepare executive materials, briefings, and governance updates for senior leadership
- Coordinate key forums and track strategic priorities to ensure effective execution
- Strengthen communication and alignment across COO departments and Business Units
2. COO Project Portfolio Management
- Oversee the COO project portfolio, ensuring visibility on progress, risks, and performance
- Support intake, prioritization, and reporting processes in line with TS4PM standards
- Deliver portfolio insights and foster a strong project management community
3. Investment Lifecycle Management (Deputy)
- Support end-to-end governance, execution, and reporting of the BU investment portfolio
- Ensure compliance with Group frameworks (e.g. TS4PM) and high data/reporting quality
- Lead coordination of EC investment reporting and drive process improvements

About You
You're a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills who excels at translating complex information into clear, actionable insights. You navigate complex structures with confidence, build trust across diverse stakeholders, and champion continuous improvement with a solution-oriented mindset.
We are looking for candidates who meet these requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in management consulting, program management, strategy, or portfolio management
- Experience supporting or working within a PMO, transformation office, or Chief of Staff function
- Strong understanding of project portfolio management methodologies
- Advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and PPM tools
- Fluent English both spoken and written
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to prepare executive-level materials
- Analytical mindset – ability to interpret and work with data
These are additional nice to haves:
- Experience with Project Management Standards and related risk mitigating actions/governance
- Knowledge of investment governance processes
- Change management experience
For Slovakia, the base salary range for this position is between EUR 2,900 and 4,800 EUR per month (for a full-time role). The specific salary offered considers:
- the requirements, scope, complexity and responsibilities of the role,
- the applicant’s own profile including education/qualifications, expertise, specialization, skills and experience.
In addition to your base salary, you may be eligible for additional rewards and benefits including an attractive performance-based bonus.
