Digital Media Manager (Hybrid)

About the Role
Are you passionate about bringing to life digital transformation within Communications? If you consider yourself a creative and experienced digital communicator, we have a multifaceted role for you.
You will be working in the Social Media & Digital Excellence Team to create webpages as well as to maintain and improve the quality of website and user experience (UX) and consult on digital communication campaigns. To succeed in this role, you have a strong understanding of content management systems (CMS) and have digital and marketing/ communications experience. Technical knowledge in areas of HTML and CSS and using code-generated programs is welcome as well as understanding of analytics and testing tools. Some experience with systems like ahrefs, Siteimprove or other Google Keyword tools is a plus.
Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for technical and content updates as well as maintenance of Swiss Re's external websites.
• Manage and update website content and technical features in our CMS platform, provide advice on best editing practices for SEO- and user-friendly content
• Monitor and analyze website performance and user-journeys
• Identify and implement opportunities for content improvement and optimization
• Manage CMS related cross-functional tasks as agile projects (using Jira)
• Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in digital media and CMS
• Partnering with UX designers and external vendors to develop digital components aligned with KPIs
• Collaborate with stakeholders from different business areas and ensure accurate updates on the websites, including financial results
• Execute projects in a timely manner and prioritise tasks
• Monitor competitor online presence

About You
Essentials:
• You have 3-4 years of experience in the field of digital marketing or communications with the focus on web editing and development (CMS knowledge)
• Proven track record of content optimisation
• Scrum project management
• Client-, service- and solution-minded
• Able to deal with stakeholders decisively
• Able to handle several tasks in parallel
• Ready to deliver high quality work, also under pressure, detail-oriented
• Have proven project management skills
• Fluent in English

For Slovakia the base salary range for this position is between EUR 1,800 and EUR 3,000 per month (for a full-time role). The specific salary offered considers:
• the requirements, scope, complexity and responsibilities of the role,
• the applicant’s own profile including education/qualifications, expertise, specialization, skills and experience.
