HR Administration Associate
Location: Bratislava, SK
Join our dynamic HR team at Swiss Re for a 2 years maternity cover role where you'll play a vital part in supporting essential HR administrative functions across multiple countries. This position offers excellent exposure to international HR practices and the opportunity to make meaningful contributions to process improvements.
About the Role
In this position, you will support the Swiss Re Human Resources team with administrative tasks related to the complete employee lifecycle - from onboarding to offboarding - including payroll and various project tasks for employees based in the UK, US, Canada, Netherlands, Luxembourg, and South Africa. You'll operate in a diverse, cross-country, cross-cultural environment that offers rich learning experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare documentation including employment contracts, addendums, leaver letters and confirmations for employees
- Manage employee data in HR systems and tools, handling profile creation, employment changes, and time management
- Coordinate key HR processes related to on-boarding, off-boarding, and employment changes
- Ensure strict adherence to HR processes and guideline, apply 4 eye principe of all payroll relevant data entries
- Support payroll activities including pre and post-payroll data input and verification
- Resolve requests in a timely and effective manner in collaboration with different departments
- Handle additional tasks as needed, such as Exit Surveys and employment verification
- Contribute improvements by actively bringing ideas for systems and processes simplifications

For Slovakia the base salary range for this position is between 1500 EUR and 2100 EUR per month (for a full-time role). The specific salary offered considers:
- the requirements, scope, complexity and responsibilities of the role,
- the applicant’s own profile including education/qualifications, expertise, specialization, skills and experience.
In the situation where you significantly exceed the requirements, the offered salary may be above the advertised range.
In addition to your base salary, you may be eligible for additional rewards and benefits including an attractive performance-based bonus.
