About the Role
As an IT Service Analyst in our Corporate Functions InfoTech Delivery Services team, you'll be at the intersection of technology and business operations, gaining valuable experience in a multinational environment. You'll develop professional skills in organization, communication, and problem-solving while supporting essential IT services that power our global operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Track and organize deliverables across the organization; follow up with team members and monitor progress
- Prepare and review reports, documents, and presentations using Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Support the setup and improvement of processes, routines, and filing systems using SharePoint, Teams and our AI tools
- Facilitate onboarding of new team members to tools and processes
- Coordinate meetings by preparing agendas, writing minutes, and following up on action items
- Assist with communication tasks and provide administrative support as needed
- Help organize team meetings, workshops, and internal events
- Support incident management by monitoring tickets, checking KPIs, following up on overdue items, and analysing recurring issues
- Contribute actively to quarterly prioritized projects and initiatives
About the Team
The Corporate Functions Info Tech team is part of D&T Group Functions in Swiss Re's Digital & Technology organization. We deliver and manage end-to-end digital solutions that empower employees worldwide. Our CFIT Delivery Services team supports areas such as testing, product insights, talent, and performance. We share a strong focus on collaboration and continuous improvement, working together to create innovative solutions that drive our business forward.
About You
You're a curious and proactive student who thrives in collaborative environments and isn't afraid to take initiative. You have a talent for organization and a keen eye for detail, paired with excellent communication skills that allow you to work effectively with diverse teams. Your adaptability and eagerness to learn make you an ideal candidate for our fast-paced, evolving workplace.
We are looking for candidates who meet these requirements:
- Strong organizational and time management abilities with a proven track record of meeting deadlines
- Advanced level of English (written and spoken) with excellent communication skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Analytical mindset and basic IT knowledge to understand technical concepts
These are additional nice to haves (not mandatory):
- Experience with project coordination or project management methodologies
- Interest or background in incident/problem management processes
- Familiarity with SharePoint, MS Teams, and modern AI tools
- Previous experience in an international work environment
- Ability to adapt quickly to new tools and technologies

The minimum gross base salary for this role is 10 EUR/ per hour. Our final offer to you will be set up fairly, considering the skills and experience that you bring to the Swiss Re Group.
