Gavin started at Swiss Re Corporate Solutions in January 2023 and is currently the Distribution and Partnership Lead for Australia & New Zealand, based in Sydney. In his current role, Gavin is focused on the provision of exceptional overall service and execution of key strategy to Swiss Re Corporate Solutions' key broking partners and customers.
Gavin has more than 25 years of insurance and risk management experience. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant, has a Bachelor of Business Degree and has diploma qualifications in general insurance and integrated risk management. Gavin is also a Senior Associate of the Australian and New Zealand Insurance Institute (ANZIIF).
Prior to joining Swiss Re Corporate Solutions, Gavin held senior client management roles at Chubb, AIG and Munich Reinsurance Company. He has also worked in a number of roles as an insurance manager and risk manager in the infrastructure, energy, transport, investment advisory and mining sectors.
