Svend comes to Swiss Re from AIG where he managed Financial Lines' Major Clients Segment & Market Engagement as well as being an in-house expert in all things Financial Institutions. Svend has over 10 years' experience in Financial Lines underwriting Commercial and Financial Institution clients and a products expert ranging from D&O, Company Securities, EPL, Crime, Prospectus Liability, Investment Managers Insurance and FIPI.

Svend holds a Bachelor from Monash University in Business and Commerce Majoring in Banking and Finance & Business administration as well as a Masters in Business Majoring in Risk Management and Applied Finance.

If Svend is not working, he can often be found on the golf course rummaging through bushes for his wayward golf balls.
